| 1921 | Max S. Higgins, George H. Higgins and Edward H. Clark are inspired to establish Higgins Supply Company, Inc. in Cortland, New York, USA to manufacture corset accessories, sporting goods and stampings. |
| 1923 | The entrepreneurs move their expanding operations 6 miles southeasterly to property they rent at 23 South Street, McGraw, New York, the place we have called home ever since. |
| 1952 | Higgins Supply Company, Inc. purchases the real estate at 23 South Street, McGraw, New York. |
| 1953 | Higgins Supply Company, Inc. expands its product line to include orthopedic stays and hardware. The company purchases real estate known as " The Brick," a three-story brick building on the corner of South and Elm Streets and across the street from 23 South Street to accommodate. |
| 1988 | The construction of Plant I is completed to house additional manufacturing capabilities and offices. |
| 2002 | Higgins Supply Company, Inc. continues to grow exponentially and acquires Plant II from Vesta Corset Company to increase manufacturing capacity. |
